Our client a leading Bank in the Asia Pacific region with retail and Investment banking portfolio is looking for a Teradata Business Intelligence architect to manage the existing warehouse infrastructure and strategize towards enhancements and new developments to realize business needs.

The job role and work environment is as detailed below:

Job Role:

· Lead the technical stream of the data warehouse project, coordinate all involved technical teams (overall technical responsibility)

· Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the data warehouse (all components) from a technical perspective

· Develop the solution delivery team in their data warehouse expertise. Establish a common culture and leverage on the different skill sets

· Line Management reporting line to Solution Delivery head.

Skills required

10+ years of experience out of which 4 to 6 years experience in data warehouse projects in Financial Industry using Teradata leading Multi million dollar projects.
Solid experience in data modeling and data architecture with excellent knowledge of various methodologies.
Ability to work with Multicultural stakeholders and delivery teams.
Experience with technical leadership role and Strong background in data warehouse technologies (PowerCenter, Oracle, Business Objects, Java)
Ability and agility to provide technical problem solving in complex environment and to manage a team of SW Engineers to provide solutions.
Excellent people management skills
Flexible, proactive and self motivated with solid understanding of basic financial terms & concepts
Ability to handle stressful situations required

Java Developer-Equities Technology

The ideal candidate would have 4-8 years experience in Core JAVA server side development with good knowledge of order / execution with at least 3 plus years of hands on development on same.
